Oracle Global Partner Enablement Specialist in Chesterfield, Missouri

The Instructional Designer will produce the courseware to support the training programs defined by Program Managers. This includes conducting needs assessments to identify strategically aligned learning and development initiatives, designing and developing training courseware in a variety of delivery modes (e.g., instructor led training, self-paced training, virtual, blended), managing external vendors to collaborate in content creation, as well as providing input on measures regarding business impact and effectiveness of deployed learning solutions.

Contribute to the design, develop, and deploy world class blended learning programs that are experiential, drive behavior change and increase performance within our global Sales business units as directed by senior staff. Develop learning curricula that align with internal learning and performance strategies. Build and maintain valued relationship with key stakeholders (Regional sales management, performance teams, instructional design teams and external vendor executives). Develop assessment approaches that conform to accreditation strategies and processes. Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through use of learning and performance metrics.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Typically 5 plus years relevant experience in Sales and Sales Enablement plus knowledge in the Applications, Technology or Hardware sectors is needed. Coaching and Project Management experience across a variety of delivery mediums. Deep experience designing and developing learning programs across delivery mediums including mobile learning, e-learning, virtual learning, live simulation, and live classroom. Proficient in establishing learning and performance metrics and measurements (ROI & Benchmarking). Strong in building relationships and maintaining relationships. Experience in analyzing business needs and selling value to customers. Previous project/program management experience. Experience delivering facilitation, training, coaching and/or development of learning programs. Self starter with high energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment. Excellent communication, facilitation and persuasive skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationships and navigate through senior stakeholder discussions. Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools and web-based meeting tools. Team player. Leadership skills. Business travel of up to 30 percent annually may be expected of this position. Knowledge of Instructional design authoring tools preferred. Fluency in English, working knowledge of other languages is an asset. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Global Partner Enablement Specialist

Oracle Sales and Partner Academy(OSPA) is a fast-paced organization responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning solutions to enable modern selling for Oracle’s global sales force and partners.

The OSPA partner teamis looking to fill a position for aGlobalPartner Enablement Specialist. This role will focus on execution of live and live virtual sales and technical training to members of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) The Enablement Specialist role is to plan and schedule series of product and sales skills training for distribution to Oracle partners worldwide, promote the offering and measure the impact of the investment.

The Enablement Specialist, will be responsible for teaming with regional partner Sales Enablement leads, Product Marketing, and Product Development organizations to agree on a roll out plan to ensure Oracle partners become more effective at selling, positioning, and architecting Oracle technology.

Specific duties include:

  • Align training objectives with internal partners, including product development, product management, global marketing and regional Alliance & Channels leads and build enablement plans that support Oracle business priorities globally and regionally

  • Run, develop and make improvements to global partner webcast program by incorporating partner and stakeholder feedback.

  • Handle comprehensive calendar of training events with internal partners

  • Coordinate delivery and production logistics for live virtual and onsite events

  • Coordinate demand generation and communication

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication campaign plan across global and regional vehicles utilizing Oracle marketing automation tools and social media best practices.

  • Report consumption metrics to stakeholders

  • Establish mechanisms and metrics to measure impact of enablement activities; provide regular reports to demonstrate value/return on investment

  • Execute and align partner enablement plans with global OPN programs and platforms. Work closely with OPN program team to coordinate activities.

Successful candidates will have a proven background in channel marketing, training and sales programs, with recent successes running enablement events and programs for partners, including on-site and live virtual event-based operations & logistics, demand generation campaigns, social media outreach, marketing automation and metrics reporting. The candidate should be self-starter with high energy, drive, passion, initiative, and dedication. Have excellent communication, facilitation and persuasive skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to build positive relationships and navigate through senior stakeholder discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading Partner Enablement programs or training/certification programs

  • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing programs for tech industry

  • Experience with live virtual learning platforms and production requirements for remote event delivery

  • Knowledge of event management systems and experience managing events, demand generation and fulfillment

  • Proven customer experience expertise

  • Ability to manipulate data on Excel including use of pivot tables

  • Proven track record of aligning business strategy into a tactical execution plan

  • Practical understanding of Modern Marketing principles and tactics – personas, nurture campaigns, social, etc

  • Excellent communication skills, including copywriting, presentations, social media

  • Familiar with or able to quickly learn a variety of business application systems, including but not limited to: CRM Tools, Eloqua, Certain, etc.

Position Location:Open to any North America based locations; will work remotely from home office as part of virtual team.

Travel Component: Minimal- remote role, work from home possible
