Professional Position Purpose: Plan and perform duties to identify organizational development needs to enhance performance, quality and motivation of organizational staff; evaluate effectiveness of organizational development interventions and develop and conduct training programs.
Plan, organize, and schedule activities related to the organizational development programs
Perform team needs analysis; make recommendations and lead the implementation as it relates to organizational development
Based on a comprehensive needs assessment, create effective organizational structure, roles and jobs
Administer performance management tools such as 360 instruments, competency models, and opinion/climate
Develop and implement appropriate interventions for performance improvement
Assist in the evaluation/ effectiveness of organizational development programs and resolve identified issues or concerns
Confer with appropriate management and staff to gain knowledge of work situations, processes, regulations, business initiatives and technologies
Perform group development and team building opportunities/training
Provide one on one and group performance coaching for management
Use generally recognized instructional systems design methods to design, implement, and present classroom training, both standup instruction and on the job training
Assist in LMS (Learning Management System), elearning and HR systems management, implementation and administration
Assist with Succession Planning and Management process leading to effective Development Planning Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
7+ years of organizational development or training experience including management experience.
