Summary About the Position: This position is located at the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center at Ft Leonard Wood. Ft Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County. Bordering the installation to the North are the towns of Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2 hour drive to the East along I-44 and Springfield is a little more than an hour's drive to the West of Fort Leonard Wood. Responsibilities Monitor fill-time and fill-rate for serviced activities and provide review and analysis of these related program results. Responsible for planning and conducting special projects or studies to identify and resolve operating issues impacting the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center. Assist the Director in developing and monitoring Civilian Human Resource review and analysis data. Provide automation support to the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center. Work with customers to implement workforce reshaping or downsizing exercises. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Monitoring fill-time and fill-rate to comply with the OPM 80 day hiring reform; Providing analysis on the timeliness of work products; Monitoring quality control and error reports; Conducting special projects resolving operating issues; and Developing procedures on internal operating processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
