Training Specialist, Clinical Programs

Responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, sales, clinical, technical and operations training. Training often focuses on more abstract, less concrete soft skills training meant to influence behavior and buy-in from others.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature.

Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and local environments.

Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.

Exercises classroom management including learner performance and escalates issues to leadership when necessary.

Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.

Is aware of learning and cultural differences that drive learner effectiveness.

Keeps technical skills updated.

Requires BA/BS in related field; 3+ years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Four years of clinical experience and certification/license in the appropriate field preferred.

Ability to travel up to 50% domestically (may occur in 4-10 consecutive weeks) required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Exceptional local and virtual presentation skills required.
