Job Description:

Cerner is looking to expand our Revenue Cycle Training organization! We are looking for a Learning Consultant who can develop, implement and evaluate training and education programs for associates to promote growth, development and adoption.

As a Learning Consultant, you will consult and coordinate between Cerner and client project leaders across the organization, to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies and develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs.  You will also conduct training and classroom-based coaching, prepare lesson plans and revise, modify and develop course content.  Throughout this process you will also be evaluating the learning solution effectiveness to monitor successes and identify any changes that need to be made in the program to achieve performance and business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • At least 1 year of facilitation or training work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health Care Revenue Cycle work experience


  • US work authorization required

  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
