Cerner Adoption Consultant in North Kansas City, Missouri
The Clinical Leadership team is looking to expand with a new Adoption Consultant. As an Adoption Consultant, you are responsible for providing end-user support to promote EHR efficiency and improve end user experience with Cerner solutions. You will assess current state workflows and provide recommendations that align with Cerner best practices while working to analyze and interpret user experience data. You will cultivate client relationships to achieve adoption objectives and influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of external client conversion and adoption projects.
In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of Cerner solutions by learning design best practices, core team deliverable services and evaluates the best way to engage with each client. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, decision making skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, the ability work comfortably with technology, an understanding of the adoption process, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
At least 1 year of Adoption Coach or end-user support work experience
At least 1 year of reporting systems and data collection work experience
Ability to travel up to 80 - 100% of the time
Must currently reside in the Kansas City area or live within 60 miles of virtually approved city
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
