Air Medical Group Holdings Field Resource Specialist in O'Fallon, Missouri

Provide superior customer service through positive attitude and consistent information. Function as an immediate resource. Provide real time monitoring and management of resources. Intakes information for employee exposure, incident, accident or medical emergency and sends the information to Human Resources. Compiles all necessary information for narcotic discrepancy and provides the information to the Director of Patient Care Services. Provide technical support for the electronic medical record (EMR) and reports functional issues directly to the electronic medical record company for resolution.

Field Resource Specialist Duties

• Acts as the electronic medical record technical liaison providing technical assistance with electronic medical record issues in real-time and reporting any loss of capability directly to the electronic medical record company for timely resolutions

• Records all transfers of resources in the designated tracking systems

• Oversees real-time monitoring of resources and assist in reallocation to the location in need

• Discusses and coordinates all resource allocation with the Communications Supervisor to ensure all necessary information is provided for safety

• Intakes information for employee exposure, incident, accident, or medical emergency and sends information to Human Resources

• Compiles all necessary information for any narcotic discrepancy and provides the information to the Director of Patient Care Services

• Verifies and oversees the after-hours review of flight crew credentials to place personnel on flight status

• Facilitates other duties as assigned

A. Education:

• Associates degree preferred

• A minimum of three year’s work experience in customer service or related field

B. Skills/Experience:

• Maintains exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with internal and external customers

• Ensures efficient project/task completion and exceptional organizational skills

• Identifies problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and takes appropriate action from the conclusion

• Maintains a valid Driver’s License

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs

• Performs work in a team environment
