SSM Health HR Technology Change Management Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri
Collaborates with technology team and workstream leads to understand and identify change impacts, goals, measurements and organizational readiness.
Ensures full scope of change is documented and approved by subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
Clearly communicates change plan and details to all impacted audiences to ensure go live preparedness.
Identifies, creates and delivers appropriate change communication including customer-focused emails, announcements, newsletters, presentations, etc.
Develops engaging learning and coaching interventions including webinars, videos and instructor-led training.
Creates and maintains technical documentation, job aids, process flows, help text, etc.
Measures change management success through surveys, testing and data analysis.
Maintains a thorough and current understanding of all HR technologies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years’ experience, with two years’ in IT change management
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
