The Boeing Company Human Resources Business Partner in Saint Louis, Missouri

Digital Aviation & Analytics (part of Boeing Global Services) is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support key business groups in Seattle and other locations. This position will sit in Seattle, Washington.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic Business Partner supporting the Analytics, Business Consulting and Maintenance & Leasing organizations in Digital Aviation & Analytics. • Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives in such areas as leadership selection, performance management, team effectiveness, and compensation. • Responsible for finding and developing top talent for the leadership team today and leaning forward on how roles and capability needs will evolve; monitor and guide the development of the pipeline to ensure business continuity • Regularly assess individual talent and team “health” and model/lead to enhance effectiveness • Coach and counsel business leader and team on range of issues • Consult with business leaders on the establishment of performance goals/priorities aligned to enterprise strategy and partner on the assessment, coaching, and development of leaders against these goals on an ongoing basis • Secure services from HR to enable the business strategy and accountable to ensure execution • Senior expert and conduit for business unit / function for talent planning, productivity, performance optimization and organizational change • Strategy, approach and plan to execute human capital elements of the business strategy • Business specific talent strategy aligned with the enterprise vision and strategy • Collaborate with HR CoEs and Employee / Labor Relations to develop relevant solutions that enable enterprise and business strategy / objectives. • Provide strategic insight to Communities of Excellence (CoE) regarding business objectives, challenges and opportunities and the resulting talent implications (near- and longer-term)

Basic Qualifications (Required):

• 3 year's influencing and driving change in organizations through partnering with organization leaders

• 3 year's providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services

• 5 years supporting senior leaders in cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Typical Educations and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
