The Team Leader ensures the training curriculum is delivered in accordance with Edward Jones' principles and best practices to establish long lasting relationship with their clients. The Team leader has operational responsibilities for the department as they lead, manage and supervise a team of BTTs.2 -3 years of corporate training experience, preferably in brokerage sales training1-2 years of management, mentorship, or leadership experience1-2 years of project management experience is preferredSecurities Industry Essentials Exam, Series 7, and 66 licenses strongly preferred or obtained within the 10 weeks of hire.
