BRTRC Federal Solutions Trainer and Maintenance Technician in Saint Robert, Missouri
Description:BRTRC Federal Solutions, an established government contractor, is seeking qualified professionals for a Trainer and Maintenance Technician. This position will require 10 to 50% travel, CONUS and OCONUS.ResponsibilitiesPerforms maintenance and training activities under the program contract; supervises and performs troubleshooting and maintenance on PM CCS systems. Travel to authorized locations to respond to calls for corrective maintenance; perform scheduled maintenance and upkeep of systems. Attend informational meetings that support improvements to equipment maintenance and training support. Provide information and other experience acquired during support to PM CCS concerning the actions performed during the conduct of training and maintenance.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:A minimum of six (6) years of experience since 2000 in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.A minimum of two (2) years serving as a certified military equipment instructor; instructors must have attended an approved instructor training course such as Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC), Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or Instructor Trainer Course (ITC).Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; Active clearance preferredValid US passportAbility to meet CRC deployment requirementsDesired Qualifications:Professional Appearance and ConductManagement and Leadership skillsDecision making skillsExcellent communication skills: verbal and writtenAbility to work independentlyKnowledge and proficiency of selected computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).EEO/AA Employer/Vets/Disabled.
