Lakeland began solely providing psychiatric services in 1989 and has grown into a 206-bed facility, with patients from across the United States.
In this role you will facilitate treatment and support to patients and families in modifying problem behaviors. By conducting individual and group counseling sessions you will evaluate the needs of the patient and determine if program or facility referrals are needed.
By providing clinical guidance you are responsible for the initial and follow up session assessments, crisis intervention, and act as a liaison with insurance carriers.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide patient case management
Assist in the training of new clinical staff and interns
Coordinate activities, provide clinical guidance of direct patient care staff
Lead and/or coordinate activities of other clinical or direct patient care personnel
Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always
Flexible Schedule and bill rate from $40-$100/hour
