Bayer is looking for great Agile Coaches to grow our organization by creating an environment of continuous improvement with the common goal of delivering outstanding software as quickly as possible. We drive adoption of agile values and practices across the enterprise to accelerate our digital transformation.
What you’ll do:
Support our digital transformation by building a work culture that encourages distributed ownership and innovation.
Be responsible for scaling and optimizing agile adoption across one or more value streams.
Coach business leaders, executives and partners to understand agile and change the way they engage with IT to ensure more value is delivered to the organization.
Coach the development organization (engineering, product management, design), our partners and our leaders to adopt agile practices and mindset.
Provide individual coaching to team members, leaders and business stakeholders on effective agile practices.
Assess program and portfolio teams against agile best practices and provide recommendations to teams and leadership.
Facilitate planning, alignment and retrospective sessions for large initiatives that span across multiple teams and levels.
Identify and work to eliminate problems, roadblocks, bottlenecks and waste within development teams, program teams and across the product portfolio.
Contribute to development and delivery of training sessions across IT and the business, at all levels.

A passion for learning new and evolving agile techniques, methods and strategies.

Minimum of an Associate's Degree
5+ years of IT experience in Software Development
Minimum of 4 years of scrum master and/or agile coaching experience
Understanding of the agile mindset through the Manifesto and agile principles
Understanding of various agile frameworks and practices
Excellent communication, relationship development and issue diagnostic skills
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Experience in effective team building
