If so, then the role of an Branch Team Trainer might be right for you!Branch Team Trainers (BTT)deliver face-to-face and virtual training to Financial Advisors (FA), Branch Office Administrators (BOA) and Branch Teams. The BTT provides training to our Branch Teams utilizing our firm's established practices to build long lasting relationships with their clients and developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to be successful at various stages of their career.Key Responsibilities:Train, develop, and lead Branch Teams to create and serve clients according to the Edward Jones philosophy of the ideal client experienceWork with Branch Teams to develop and apply strategies to grow their current business and increase the breadth and depth of clients servedCollaborate with the department, division and the firm to support the overall branch teamDevelop self and the team to increase contribution to the firm's objectivesAchieve objective results by leveraging SMART strategiesSeries 7 and 66, preferred prior or obtained within the first 10 weeks ofhire with dedicated study time, calendar, and materials will be providedMin. 1-3 years training or relevant experience (3 strongly preferred) A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferredTraining/Adult Learning experience and/or a sales background is highly desirable1-2 Years Leadership, Mentoring ExperienceStrong communication, facilitation and organizational skillsKnowledge of the financial industry is a plus Occasional travel could be required not to exceed 25% of the timeVEVRAA Federal ContractorEqual Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
