Find your future with us. Tapestry Solutions a Boeing Company is seeking a Training Instructor  (Senior) (Part Time On Call) to work in Grafenwohr, DE. Germany. This is a U.S. Expat assignment working with Joint Forces in a NATO environment providing training simulations. As a Training Instructor Part Time On Call you will be called upon to deliver customer training an simulations during peak training times. Position Responsibilities: Develops assessments input for the exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and assessment for company through COCOM-level exercises. Designs, develops, rehearses, and executes academic training of US and NATO doctrine to meet military commander staff training requirements for operations in US Army, Joint, and/or NATO environments. Designs, develops, rehearses, and executes Observer Controller/Trainer training for designated personnel. Executes OC/T functions for "over the shoulder" staff training and exercise assessment to include development and execution of assessment products. Develops, trains, and executes Response Cell and Role Player functions. Researches, analyzes, implements, and develops specialized training materials to enhance military exercises. Trains U.S. and multinational military personnel and civilians on specialized areas. Trains exercise support personnel how to emulate specialized training areas. Role plays U.S. Army, Joint, Interagency, and/or multinational individuals and functions. Analyzes and operates simulation and military command systems. Develops, coordinates, synchronizes, and delivers Master Scenario Event List products. Develops and presents assessment products . Security Clearance: This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Basic Qualifications: Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) 8 or more years of training experience Typical Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years related work experience, Master's degree and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
