Tapestry Solutions a Boeing Company is seeking a Training Instructor to join our team.
This is a U.S. Expat assignment in Grafenwohr, Germany working with Joint Forces in a NATO environment providing training simulations.
As a Training Instructor you will work closely with the forces to provide tailored information to enhance combat effectiveness. Provides sophisticated military skills and knowledge in combination with other technical skills to ensure that optimized war and contingency plans are developed. And, develop training plans and /or trains U.S. forces in one or more functional areas, or in general combat skills. You will evaluate trainees and training plans to ensure training objectives are met.
Researches, analyzes, implements and develops specialized training materials to enhance military exercises.
Train U.S. and multinational military personnel on specialized areas.
Train exercise support personnel how to emulate specialized areas.
Role play U.S. Army, joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and/or multinational individuals.
Analyzes and operates simulation and mission command systems.
Develops, coordinate, synchronizes, and delivers master scenario event list products to stimulate training.
Develops and presents after action materials.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Experience working for or with U.S. Army
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills and Experience) :
Experience analyzing, training and supporting exercise development and operating U.S. military simulations systems.
Experience operating and monitoring one or more of the U.S. Army Battle Command Systems.
U.S. military experience preferred.
Experience operating Microsoft Office products
Typical Education and Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 10 or more years related work experience or Masters’ degree and 8 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
