Job Description

  • Partner with manager to define learning & development strategies that have broad application across Anheuser-Busch Sales & Distribution Co.

  • Partner with content development team to ensure the design and development of robust and sustainable onboarding frameworks for the business

  • Partner with senior level leaders to identify training needs and provide holistic solutions to close capability gaps

  • Demonstrate knowledge of ground breaking, forward-thinking, just-in-time tools. Define metrics for successful evaluation of programs around fulfillment of audience needs and relevant business drivers with functions.

  • Communicate research results of standard methodology learning methods and application within ABI to develop more efficient and effective training

  • Proactively collaborate with the key stakeholders and business teams to understand business changes that will influence onboarding design and drive future changes or improvements

  • Meet and engage subject matter experts, key partners, franchise owners, and learners to conduct needs analyses, define requirements, and potentially develop content for a variety of learning programs and tools.

  • Keep pace with both business and functional knowledge, and apply this effectively in the course design process within the Center Of Excellence.

  • Build and handle budget for learning and development initiatives.

  • Partner with the shared service center to ensure delivery of outstanding, engaging learning experiences ranging from core/flagship curriculum to discipline-specific programs

  • Ensure current and new course are aligned with any compliance needs of the organization

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years previous experience in Human Resources; Learning & Development

  • A post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate in human resource management or related field preferred

  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal

  • Excellent technical ability (Microsoft office suite and various LMS platforms)

  • Acts like an owner with entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.

  • Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion

  • A passion for the entire people process

  • Excellent organizational skills and abilities

  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy

  • Capable of effectively leading multiple demands from a variety of sources
