World Wide Technology Learning Consultant in St. Louis, Missouri

Qualifications

  • Extensive facilitation experience, with high-quality learning programs across multiple levels of an organization

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Experience consulting with departments to identify learning and performance needs and solutions

  • Hands-on experience organizing corporate learning events and programs

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or comparable discipline

  • Experience tracking and documenting learning activities

  • Familiarity with external learning content providers and learning management systems (LMS)

  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging learning design theory andpractice

  • Understanding of talent management and succession planning

  • Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships
