A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the facilitation and management of Global Commercial Training Programs for the Visualization portfolio of products. Training programs may include New Hire Sales Training, product launch-related training events, and existing salesforce continued education.
Engages in sales, best practices, evidence-based medicine, competitive, and product related workstreams and communications to the sales force.
Familiarity working with communication modalities such as Zoom, Teams, Salesforce.com Chatter, and Allego.
Management of the US Field Sales Trainer mentorship program for the Visualization business.
Must be adaptive to change and comfortable working in a high paced, dynamic team environment.
Creative thinker that is solutions focused and enjoys working cross functionally across the commercial departments.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
Nice to Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must be comfortable delivering training content to both small and large sized audiences, and in both virtual and live classroom settings.
Facilitation experience delivering content to adult learners.
Project development and program execution experience.
Travel up to 30%
Facilitation experience, management of learning curriculums and content.
Medical Sales, Education, and/or Training experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
