MERS/MO Goodwill Industries Retention Specialist (Part-Time) in St. Louis, Missouri
MERS Goodwill is looking for experienced, passionate, and high energy individual to join us at our Lippman Center, Brentwood area. The position is part-time and will assist individuals with disabilities at St. Anthony?s Medical Center with maintaining employment. Requires excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills organization, and customer service skills along with experience working with individuals with disabilities. Ability to work effectively with human resources and department supervisors as well as time management a must.

Primary Duties Include:
Work alongside consumer as needed to assist with meeting employer expectations with regards to task completion and speed
Continue to provide training to improve consumer work performance after employer's training period has ended
Problem solve to create accommodations or other ways to address performance issues
Support consumers to develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and supervisors
Develop and maintain natural supports on the job and establish working relationships with the supervisor(s)
High School or equivalency required. BS/BA in social work or related field preferred and 2 years of working in the field of social service with individuals with disabilities required.
Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and independent transportation required.
