Centene Corporation Training Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri
HourlyPosition Purpose: Coordinate training events, schedule personnel and instructors for classes, and organize the materials and facilities to support the training activities.
Maintain training records for employees and compile reports and statistics for review
Update existing training programs for new work processes, process modifications and system upgrades
Develop standard and custom training reports
Schedule all various related training preparations, including coordinating of training rooms, equipment, catering, and travel arrangements
Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to inquiries from employees, management, recruiters, and vendors
Assist with developing individual training plans for employees
Collect course evaluation forms following training courses and communicate feedback to management
Assist in the implementation of basic training sessions
Bachelor's degree in Business, related field or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of training or office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, training concepts, practices, and procedures.
Formal corporate training experience preferred.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, Cornerstone OnDemand preferred.
