Kapili Services is looking for a Training Coordinator to support medical record conversion assistance of Service Treatment Records (STRs) for Navy Veterans. These efforts will enable access to information that is not currently available electronically for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in BUMED Detachment – St. Louis, MO.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Draft, organize, and manage all aspects of training.

  • Coordinate training for internal NMRA staff and other required trainings.

  • Train personnel on how to properly process and mail Service Treatment Records (STRs), how to use the STR Tracking Tool, and other

  • Develop, implement, and operate programs to ensure internal quality meets the NMRA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

​ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a training and/or quality assurance environment.

  • Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must have experience with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and Defense Collaboration Services is preferred.

CITIZENSHIP:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have a favorable completion of National Agency Check with Local Agency Check (NACLC)

CLEARANCE

  • Must have a current/active Secret clearance.
