To achieve our results, we recruit the best and brightest employees who ask, listen and solve to meet our customers’ needs!Job Duties:•Facilitates training for Contact Center staff •Works with assigned subject matter experts and various levels of management in support of projects.•Completes any training updates notifies correct staff as needed.•Completes assessments on trainees during training process.•Performs consulting and coaching of staff in training.•Completes other duties as assigned Qualifications:Some College Preferred1-year training experience preferredKnowledge of instructional design techniquesStrong facilitation and stand up delivery skillsPerformance consulting and coaching experience desiredExperience working in a Contact Center and the financial services industry preferred
