How will you make an impact?

Coordinate training documentation management activities in support of site customers. Responsible for the following daily training documentation related activities: execution of activities in the Learning Management System (LMS), document review, data entry, and archiving documents. Provides training of LMS to general Users.

How will you make an impact?

  • Coordinate the review of completed training records according to current Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Execute activities in Learning Management System (LMS) assigning training requirements, updating training items, generates reports as required, etc.

  • Provide training to general users of LMS.

  • Conduct Training Audits per defined Training Program guidelines

  • Maintain Training Files.

  • Ensure customer expectations are met for the quality of the final GMP document and its implementation schedule, i.e. timely data entry.

  • Adhere to established site Records Management program.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Associates Degree. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Experience

  • Two years of GMP experience or other highly regulated industry experience required.

  • Office experience preferred.

  • Some exposure to manufacturing or quality environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficient in Word, Excel;

  • Ability to utilize software and customized programs to meet business needs

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organization, planning, team mentality and time management skills.
