Charter Spectrum Service Delivery Trainer in Town And Country, Missouri

JOB SUMMARYDevelops and delivers learning curriculums and programs that include new hire and skill enhancement training for Service Delivery related to the customer service, order management, provisioning and activation of Company telephone and internet customers.This training includes, but is not limited to: order entry CSG or enhanced order entry platforms; order processing using Residential and Business Order Manager, Sigma, and NextGen Provisioning and OSM; Local Number Portability and E911 record processing and the associated systems supporting each internal/LEC user interfaces/vendor tools such as Intrado and Neustar SOA and CARE; soft skills and functional training.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Facilitates learning through a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets. This includes: classroom instruction, virtual training, team meeting training, conference calls, net meeting training, train the trainer sessions, online learning, hands-on labs and peer to peer coaching.Supervises employees during training. This includes: role modeling the core competences, skills and behaviors of a company leader; tracking attendance; addressing inappropriate behavior and documenting performance both strengths and development needs.Performs all administrative duties associated with conducting training. This includes: conducting all pre-training prep work, administering learning schedules and calendars, maintaining participant records e.g., test scores, evaluations and attendance, performing all required Sum Total prerequisites and post-training duties, and ensuring learning is evaluated with post-training surveys.Exhibits a commitment to continuous learning. This includes: pursuing development activities and opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills, seeking feedback from others and maintaining focus to continue the learning cycle.Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducationAssociate s Degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experienceMeet functional specific training or equivalent certification requirementsRelated Work Experience Number of YearsPresentation or training delivery experience 1Experience or equivalent in the Service Delivery functional area 3+WORKING CONDITIONSLifting and transporting training equipment and setting up classroomsOn feet up to eight 8 hours/day in trainingMeets same physical requirements as target audienceExposure to moderate noise levelsThe Spectrum brand is powered and innovated by Company .
